Event Participation Guidelines

Important Information

• Do not take photographs unless the speaker has given permission.
• Our meetups are in person only and are not livestreamed.
• The event is not organized by the company providing the venue. Please do not contact the venue company with questions about the event.
• Please do not attend solely for food or drinks. Organizers may ask anyone whose participation is deemed inappropriate to leave.
• Minors and anyone who will be driving must not consume alcohol. Encouraging them to drink is also prohibited.
• Members of antisocial or criminal organizations are not permitted to participate.

To help everyone enjoy the event, the organizers may ask anyone deemed unsuitable to participate to leave, even while the event is in progress.

• Anyone whose purpose appears to be soliciting insurance, religion, or multi-level marketing
• Anyone else the organizers determine is inappropriate for the event

Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. The organizers do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Sexual language or imagery is inappropriate at the venue and in any event-related setting, including talks, presentations, workshops, related parties, X, and other online media. Participants who violate these rules may have their activities restricted or be removed from the event without a refund, at the organizers’ discretion.
